The Liwei office headset solution is a headset PCBA design for contact centers, online customer service and remote meetings. In open offices the challenge is background speech and keyboard noise: ENC dual-mic noise reduction and a unidirectional boom microphone, combined with CVC call processing, separate the voice from the environment. USB and Bluetooth dual-mode connections work with desk phones, PCs and mobiles. The parameter set shares the noise-reduction chain proven in our live-streaming monitoring designs.
